User Account Data: When you sign up, we collect your email address and encrypted password. This data is securely stored on Supabase.
User Input: Any text input you provide is sent to OpenAI to generate responses.
User Voice Input: If you use voice input features, your voice data is processed by Google Cloud for transcription.
Analytics Data: We use Vercel Analytics to track website usage, performance, and user interactions.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data to:

Provide and improve our services.
Authenticate and manage user accounts.
Generate responses based on user input.
Process voice inputs for transcription.
Analyze website usage for performance improvements.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your account data (email and encrypted password) is securely stored on Supabase.
User text input is processed by OpenAI but is not stored permanently by us.
Voice input is processed by Google Cloud and handled according to their privacy policies.
Analytics data collected by Vercel does not contain personally identifiable information.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal data, but no system is completely secure. Use the service at your own risk.

Verbali retains all rights to the app’s content, features, and functionality. Users retain ownership of any original content they input during interactions, granting Verbali a non-exclusive license to use this content for service improvement.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
Impersonate any person or entity.
Interfere with or disrupt the service's functionality.
Use Verbali to construct and/or power a nuclear weapon
